Stream House Privacy Policy

Stream House is a media player. It does not provide, sell, host, or distribute channels, movies, series, playlists, or content subscriptions.

Information used by the app

When you add your own media source, the app uses the server address and sign-in details you provide to connect to that source and display your available content. These details are stored locally on your device where possible and are used only to provide the app's features.

The app may also process user identifiers, purchase history, device identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics, and in-app interactions. Purchase information is used to unlock paid features. Device and diagnostic information may be used to maintain security, understand performance, and fix crashes.

Children and families

Stream House supports users of all ages. A parent or legal guardian should supervise use by children and provide consent before a child enters any account or server information. We do not knowingly request more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to operate the app. We do not use children's information for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate parental consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the request.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support essential app functions, purchases, diagnostics, or platform security, including the app store and the media server selected by the user. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the app, or the public.

Your media provider

Stream House connects only to a source chosen by the user. The operator of that source may have its own privacy practices. Please review that provider's policy before signing in. Stream House is not responsible for third-party content or services.

Retention and choices

Locally saved account data can be removed by switching or deleting the account in the app, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app. Store purchase records are managed by the relevant app store. Diagnostic records are retained only as reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
